The evening of October 26, 2008 was the closing night for the wonderful original play The Adventures of the Lieutenant Nun, written, produced and led by Odalys Nanin. A portion of the proceeds from the final performance were donated by the MACHA Theatre to benefit No on Prop. 8. Read More »
On 22 October 2008, leaders and volunteers of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (API) communities gathered to declare their opposition to Prop 8. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) was pleased to show our support for the API community and our commitment to fight against making discrimination the law in California.
